Cultural Fast Food
This is just a small anecdote, but I’ve found it interesting to notice how fast food menus vary depending on the region. Today when I was walking around Luxembourg, I saw an ad for the McDonalds “Nürnberger” - a bun with 3 bratwursts and cheese, which apparently debuted in Germany earlier this year. Then I remembered that in Costa Rica, they served “McPinto” with the breakfast menu - gallos pintos. Even a place like McDonalds, which I expected might just have a standard menu around the world caters to the local culture and tastes.
